Employee pilfering

So do I.....That's the problem.....They blatantly lie.....But, I'm held hostage as the labor pool has all but dried-up around here.

There is a lot of Chuck-in-a-truck operations, (including these guys - attempting to moonlight whenever opportunity knocks.

Unfortunately, the anticipated business model I envisioned, will simply not work in this small-town, no-license state, atmosphere....
