Learn about testing techniques and specifications for metal roof options and accessories to improve resistance to wind forces, providing a safer building at a lower cost.
This course will also address wind lift in severe weather conditions and how to increase wind resistance to protect both buildings and their inhabitants. You'll see examples of areas affected by hurricanes and what builders are doing to minimize damage. Finally, you will learn about the associated changes to the code.
