EPA certification

Very confused about this EPA issue. If we are doing a roof tear off ( shingles or rubber) is there going to be special requirements?

i have been trying to get thid question answered for months and no results. e-mailed somebody from epa and got no reply. i think i'll play dumb for a while. i can not see re-roofing a house to be a problem with lead paint.
