Help Identify Brand of Roof Hatch

"We are trying to identify the brand of the hatch so we can order a replacement part for the homeowner. Unfortunately, there is nothing on the current hatch to help us identify the brand, but maybe (and hopefully) another contractor may know from just looking at it!"
