Today while investigating a leak on a townhome flashing detail. I found the flashing rusted, Tearing up the shingles a foul smell like urnin. Damn, the neighbor going out on his porch having a smoke and pissing against the wall. Quite a few years ago we did a military housing project re-roof.....Flat/rock BUR.....A good many of the roofs had years of dog feces on the roofs!....Found the same on some public housing units, we did years late, as well.....Ya think people would throw dog crap on their own roofs?
